All payments made to Finrisen for services are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases specifically outlined in this policy. Our services involve time, resources, and strategic effort; therefore, refunds are only provided in limited circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started, and no work has been initiated by our team.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
  • There was an internal error on our part that resulted in the service not being delivered as promised.

In all other cases, refunds will not be issued once the service is underway or completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You change your mind after the purchase.
  • You fail to provide the required trading account details or information necessary for service delivery.
  • The prop firm rejects your account due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., firm-specific policies, external factors).
  • You fail to meet the trading conditions or misuse the account in violation of prop firm rules.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria:

  • We will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly at support@finrisen.com before initiating any chargeback request. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from using our services.
